Handmade toothpaste for dogs and cats!

Today I'm going to talk about homemade gifts for animals! I tell the truth, I have never provided the dental hygiene of my dogs and cats because they always provided by themselves gnawing some sticks of wood, but now living in an apartment I must necessarily think of my cat's teeth! So I did some research on how to prepare an homemade toothpaste that was suitable for cats, and here's what I found:

What you need:

• 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
• 1/2 tablespoon of bicarbonate
• 150 ml of warm water
• 3 drops of propolis
• Small glass jar

METHOD:

1. In a bowl pour the salt, bicarbonate and water and mix well to obtain a compact mixture.
2. Add the drops of propolis and pour into a glass jar.

The propolis inside the toothpaste has a healing and disinfecting power, if you also want to correct a problem of halitosis, add a few drops of essential oil of sage!
And here is the toothpaste ready to use with a soft bristle toothbrush for dogs or cats.
