Soap hearts Favors!

Hello everyone! 

Today I show you how to prepare a very nice and original wedding favors: perfumed soap hearts!
As I have already told you I'm not a fan of classic wedding favors like ornaments and various dust-catchers, but I strongly support handmade creations that can be used and not placed on a sad shelf!

It is very easy to make these hearts of soap and I assure you that the result will be very elegant!

What you need:

• Neutral soap
• Knife
• Lavender essential oil
• Dried lavender
• Silicone molds: shape heart
• Microwave
• Transparent plastic bags
• Colored ribbon

METHOD:

1. Cut the soap into small pieces using the knife and pour the pieces into a bowl.
2. Heat the soap in the microwave and mix with a spoon a little at a time to avoid foaming.
3. Allow the soap to cool slightly and add the drops of essential oil (do not be thrifty because with the heat a little 'aroma will evaporate).
4. Pour the soap into the molds and pour some dried flowers on the surface.
5. At this point when the hearts are solid, remove them from the mold and finally put them in the bags decorated with colored ribbon.

Of course you can indulge yourself with the scents, the colors of the flowers and the shapes depending also on the theme and colors of the wedding! I think this is a really nice idea and the soap can be used or stored in the bathroom to perfume the environment!
