What you need to have:
- Colored rigid plastic spoons
- Decorative thin card with flowers
- Glossy finish
- Normal or sponge brush
- Decorative ribbon
METHOD:
- Cut the flowery paper of the right size to wrap the spoon handle.
- Apply a glossy finish layer to the handle of the spoon and then wrap the flowery paper over it, removing any bubbles and closing the edges well.
- Spread a further layer of glossy finish on the handle. Allow to dry.
- Once dry, tie all the spoons with a colored ribbon.
