Christmas Tea tree

A few days ago I had posted a gift idea about the delicious decorations of the Christmas tree (here the link), but today I propose the tutorial to create an original and tasty at the same time!
I found this idea on the Thirsty for Tea website and I think it's really original! This is a tree built with tea bags! For those who do not know I'm a fan of tea and herbal teas, especially in the cold seasons I like to sip them on the sofa watching a movie.
So when I saw this article I immediately thought it would be an original decoration to put on the table in the living room, and also very nice to give to the guests who come home to drink a cup of tea and can try their favorite taste!
It is very simple to create this tree, the procedure you will find it here.
You can create a monochromatic or monothematic tree or colorful and varied in taste!
The only precaution to be given is that obviously as the tea bags are detached, the internal support will be exposed, so I thought about how to make the tree decorative and cute once it is bare!
Here's my idea: the cone can be either green sponge or cardboard to be colored later with the shade you prefer. Instead of using hot glue (which not everyone has at home) you can get different colored pins!.
These can be used to fix tea bags (taking care to not pierce the tea bag inside) and, once the cone starts to "undress", the pins can be hung again in the form of decorative balls for the tree !
The person who will receive this gift can again fix other tea bags of his choice without any effort!
In addition, if you want to make the gift more surprising, before fixing all the sachets to the cone, you can write on the surface of the tree a greeting message with an indelible marker! Your dear "will discover" the message as the tea bags are removed
