Matcha Latte: give a wellness recipe!
Hello everyone and happy 2018!
I hope you enjoyed the Christmas holidays, I personally dedicated myself to total relaxation in the mountains between the snow and hot chocolates! Compared to the past years I did the good girl and I didn't eat too much, but in any case at this time of year I always feel bloated and irritated. So I help myself with some herbal tea made with fennel and anise that help deflate and digest better!
On the occasion of post-party recovery, I decided to offer you a rather unusual gift idea: it is a recipe but at the same time a wellness gift ... what is it? Now I'll explain it to you!
Matcha Latte! As you know, the gifts that I prefer are those that can be eaten
, and this besides being a greedy gift is also useful for our body care!

What you need:
This time I will not list the degree of difficulty or time because the gift idea is to donate a jar of Matcha tea and apply a label with the ingredients of the recipe!
On the back of the jar you will have to put the label of the procedure.
The result will be a Matcha Latte that helps to speed up the metabolism and to face the day with more grit!
It will seem initially a trivial gift, but in reality Matcha Tea is a rather expensive and valuable tea compared to others. Why? First of all its cultivation requires shelter from sunlight, then once picked the leaves of Matcha tea are carefully crushed in stone mills to obtain a bright green powder, finally this particular tea has some truly exceptional properties!
What are the benefits of the Matcha Latte recipe?
The main ingredient, Matcha, thanks to its vitamins, is an excellent detoxifying and draining, helps digestion and reduces the sense of hunger! We must not forget, however, that it contains caffeine and is very energizing.
Coconut oil, mentioned in my other posts dedicated to wellness, is useful in diabetes prevention, has antibacterial and antifungal properties, strengthens the immune system and protects the liver from toxins.
Adding more beneficial properties to this recipe is honey, famous for combating cough and it's rich of natural antioxidants that help the body to fight free radicals.
In short, giving a jar of Matcha tea and accompanying it to this recipe is definitely a nice gesture!
I hope you enjoyed this gift idea! Let me know if you have also tried to replicate the recipe and if you have noticed any benefits!
Kisses
