As for catnip, this delicacy is loved by cats because of a natural substance, the nepetalactone, which attracts cats and allows them to feed the strands of grass rich in vitamins, minerals and essential oils.

What do you need to have:
METHOD:
- Take the cup and fill it with topsoil.
- Sow the cat grass but do not exaggerate with the quantity. For many blades of grass a larger space would be needed, in this case a small handful would suffice.
- While you wait for the grass to grow, leave the cup away from the cat in a sunny place (even outdoors).
- Wet every day however in small quantities.

The catnip will last about a month since it was born, then to replant the new seeds just remove the blades of dead grass and remove the soil from the residues.
