Today I show you how to prepare a small bag of Matcha granola, to give to friends who appreciate the special taste of this tea.

What do you need to have (for about 350g):

METHOD:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, trying to level a layer as thin as possible.
  3. Bake the mixture in the oven for 25 minutes at 150 ° C. Mix it after 10 minutes from placing it in the oven.
  4. When the granola has taken on a nice color, remove it from the oven and once cooled, break it into many small pieces.
  5. Then pour the granola into the glass jar and close it tightly.
  6. Apply a label with the ingredients on the tin.
Making it as you have seen is very simple, plus the granola is kept well inside the hermetic jar for a few weeks.

It is delicious to be enjoyed at breakfast with almond milk or yogurt, it is also very good with fresh or dried fruit.
