A message for daddy
In a couple of weeks there will be Father's Day, and already many are asking for advice on what work you can do with your children. So today I offer you an original and very sweet gift idea, in every sense, because it is a letter-shaped biscuit containing a message of affection for your father!

Time:
Cost:
What you need:
- 250gr of 00 flour
- 150gr of butter
- 100g of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- Lemon zest
- a pinch of salt
- hazelnut cream
- powdered sugar to decorate
- Kit "surprise" mold for biscuits in the shape of a letter
METHOD:
- Arrange the flour on the work surface, add the sugar, the pinch of salt and mix well.
- Form a fountain with the mixed powders and create a hole in the center where to put the eggs, lemon zest and chopped butter (fridge cold).
- Start working the dough until it is soft and compact.
- Work quickly without overheating the dough, form a dough and let it rest in the fridge for at least an hour, wrapped in foil.
- Pick up the dough, work it quickly to soften it slightly on the floured surface (a little) and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter.
- With the mold cut out the two sides of the letter, place them on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes, until the edges brown.
- Unmold and allow to cool completely before filling the sides with the hazelnut cream, taking care not to dirty the central part where the message sheet will be inserted.
- In the meantime, write your own messages for the father and place the message inside each cookie. Join the halves of each "biscuit-letter" and, if you prefer, decorate the edges with the powdered sugar.
