2 greedy gift ideas for Carnival
Officially the Carnival will start on March 8 in the region where I live, so I thought it would not hurt to test some new recipe in advance ... today for example I show you two recipes, one salty and one sweet, both are foreign, precisely we are talking about USA recipes!
These are two delicious snacks that you can pack and give to your friends to celebrate the Carnival!

The second recipe of which I speak is that of fried Oreo! Yes, for Carnival I chose to opt for real calorie bombs!

Obviously these snacks can be prepared for your guests if you do a Carnival party at home, but if you want to distribute them to individual people you can pack them in bags for food closed with a ribbon and accompanied by a label with the ingredients.

What do you need to have (for 10 corndogs):
- 240gr of cornbread
- 250gr of 00 flour
- 1 teaspoon of Ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- a pinch of cumin powder
- a big egg
- 250 ml of milk
- 10 hot dogs
- 10 sticks for corndogs
- Seed oil for frying
METHOD:
- In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk milk and eggs
- Add the dry ingredients to the egg and milk mixture and mix. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Insert the skewers in hot dogs and then dip them in the batter.
- In a frying pan or fryer, heat the oil. Fry the corndogs, a few at a time, for 2-3 minutes or until browned, turning from time to time. Let them dry on frying paper.

What do you need to have (for 18 Oreo):
- 18 Oreo cookies
- vegetable oil for frying
- 250g of biscuit mix
- 1 big egg
- 125ml of milk
- powdered sugar
- 18 sticks
METHOD:
- Insert a stick into each cookie and place them in the freezer for an hour.
- Mix the biscuit, milk and egg mix in a bowl to form a lump-free batter.
- Put each biscuit in the batter and fry in a pan or fryer. Fry a few biscuits at a time until golden brown and then dry them on a fried paper.
- When they are very cold, sprinkle the Oreo fried with powdered sugar.
